Innovative Brain Skills Training
I am passionate about brain health because we need a healthy brain to problem-solve effectively, to make decisions, to change behaviour when we need to, to have happy relationships, and to imagine and create the future.
Supporting brain health also offers the opportunity to reduce the risk of illnesses such as dementia, depression, and anxiety.
I utilise an innovative brain skills model to train the brain that empowers individuals and organisations. I don’t offer a quick fix but a transformative, experiential journey supported by neuroscience. Clients include EY Africa, Hollard, Standard Bank Art Gallery, Atlantic Institute, Momentum, and UCT.
